1. Reviewed Agenda items and discussed upcoming events

2. Members- Review Event Calendar and provide updates to Tyra by (Sep 30)

3. New CCA PTO Website- CCAPTO.com

4. Spirit Wear Sale- Sep 23-Oct 4
     a. Order through PTO Website and at School (Oct 2-4)
     b. Paper order form available

5. Halloween Movie Night (Fundraising Events Co-Chairs)
     a. Date: Oct 19, 6-7 Trunk or Treat, 7 Movie- Disney’s Haunted Mansion
     b. Concession Stand- ?

6. Halloween Grams- Sale Oct 14-23, Delivery Oct 31
     a. Gram and Halloween “Smencil”
     b. Prices: 1 for $2 and 3 for $5

7. Teacher Appreciation Events
     a. September- teachers are getting fall scented soaps (for the start of germ season)
     b. October- to go cups of apple cider and Reese pumpkins
     c. In November- we are thinking of doing a pancake breakfast
     d. December is in the works

8. Fall Dance- Nov 15 at Circle M City in Sanford
     a. Two dances- Middle and Highschool
     b. Estimated cost for event $1200

9. Science Department Funding- Spirit Night $342.70, Pint Sized Pastures $200, Pfizer facility close
equipment. Discuss named fundraiser for Nov/Dec for remaining equipment needs

10. Fundraiser Ideas
     a. Croc Charms- previous quote cost $2.50, sale for $5.00, 4-week lead, 2 designs
     b. Window Clings/car magnets- cost $1-3, sale for $4-6
     c. Tumbler Sale (contacted by Kristy Mencl, 4 Pink Sunflowers)- Regular 20 oz are $24, 20oz duo (2 different lid types) are           $26 and 32 oz hydro bottles are $30. PTO profit $5 per tumbler                                                                                       d. Senior Items- yard signs, clings, shirts...

11. PTO Discussion- Metal detectors for school, will bring up with CCA Administration
